We do the work
others won't.
Oxiyen exists because integration projects keep failing for the same reasons. And nobody wants to own the hard parts. We decided to be the team that does.

What we believe
The hard part of enterprise integration isn't connecting the systems.
It's getting two systems to agree on what a "customer" means. It's handling the order that doesn't fit the rules. It's knowing what to do when something breaks at 2 in the morning.
Most companies avoid this work. They build the connection, demo the ideal scenario, and hand over a manual. Then they leave.
We don't leave.
How we're built
We don't have layers between the client and the work. The person who understands your business data is the same person building the solution. No telephone game. No lost context.
Most firms celebrate launch day and move on. We treat launch as the beginning. Monitoring, optimization, and support are built into every engagement. Not sold as an add-on.
If we can't take full accountability for the outcome, we won't take the project. We'd rather do fewer things well than spread thin across things we can't control.
Who we work with
We work with operations leaders and IT teams at companies that run on complex systems and need everything else connected to them.
Our clients usually share a few things in common. They've tried an integration before and it stalled. They have workarounds that cost time every week. And they're skeptical of the next vendor who promises to fix it.
That skepticism is healthy. We'd rather earn trust through the work than through a pitch.
